Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Command Presence Training. What happens when life gets busy, something comes up, and you need to cancel a registration? Below you will find a full explanation of our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a registration and are within the cancellation window as described below, please contact us so we can work with you to find a solution.

Registration Cancellations / Refunds and Credits
Command Presence Training relies on the services of premium instructors and contractors to deliver courses (that’s legal jargon meaning we spend a lot of money hiring the best!). Delivering those courses successfully depends on our ability to schedule instructors, secure venues, advertise the course, fill seats, and prepare materials ahead of time. As such, we must abide by the following restrictions when we provide a refund for a canceled student registration.
Because of the logistics of presenting our events, you must request a cancellation no later than 28 days before these classes.
Upon checkout, you will be asked to confirm your understanding of this cancellation policy.
In-Person Events
- 28 days or more -- 100% Refund
- Less than 28 days -- 0% Refund
No-Shows
No refund will be issued if a student fails to attend an event.
Substitutions
If you need to replace one student with another, please contact us so we can make the transfer for you. You can also apply your course payment as credit to a future Command Presence event.
Late Invoice Payments
Beginning January 1, 2023, for invoices that are more than 30 days overdue, Command Presence reserves the right to assess a 5% late fee for each month the invoice is overdue.
Course Cancellations and Postponements
Command Presence Training is dedicated to delivering every course as advertised. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it may become necessary to cancel or postpone a course. If necessary, we will make every effort to communicate this to registered students in a timely manner. Although such a cancellation is a highly unusual event, Command Presence Training nevertheless reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course for any reason at any time. All students who are registered at the time of cancellation or postponement will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to the re-scheduled course or to another course of equal value. You may apply credits to more expensive courses, and you will be billed for the difference.
Although unusual, the instructors advertised to teach a course may change.
