The Transitional Leader: Leading from the Middle is an 8-hour supervisor leadership training course designed to help law enforcement and public safety professionals navigate these competing demands.

Through discussions, practical simulations, and hands-on exercises, participants develop the communication, influence, and team-building skills needed to lead with purpose and confidence.

What Is Leading from the Middle?

Leading from the middle means influencing people at multiple levels of an organization. Supervisors must communicate expectations from leadership, advocate for their teams, collaborate with peers, and maintain accountability.

This course helps participants navigate these responsibilities while strengthening relationships throughout the chain of command.
