About This Course
Leading When It Hits the Fan focuses on supervising the initial hours of a critical incident at your correctional center or jail. We will cover:

- Emergency Planning - corrections has the advantage of planning for emergencies
- Stages of Crisis - how to plan and prepare for what’s next
- Human Performance and Dynamic Decision Making - why humans make the decisions they do and how we can achieve better outcomes during situations that require a series of evolving decisions with long-lasting effects
