Bob McHale is a law enforcement training and leadership expert with more than three decades of experience developing officers, supervisors, and public safety organizations. After serving 28 years with the Prince William County Police Department, Bob retired as Director of the Prince William County Criminal Justice Academy, where he led the development of recruit training programs and helped establish one of the region's premier law enforcement academies. He later spent more than a decade with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services, providing oversight and support for law enforcement, deputy sheriff, and jail training throughout Northern Virginia and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
A graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session 233), Bob has dedicated his career to advancing law enforcement training, leadership development, and organizational excellence. Today, as a Law Enforcement Training Subject Matter Expert with Kaiden AI, he works with agencies across the country to integrate innovative, AI-powered training solutions that strengthen decision-making, articulation, critical thinking, and operational readiness. Bob is passionate about helping agencies build cultures of continuous learning and preparing the next generation of public safety leaders.
