As Chief Experience Officer, Anne ensures every interaction with Command Presence is seamless and impactful - from the very first question to the follow-up long after class. She has been honored to serve with Command Presence since its beginning, helping shape the customer experience from the ground up. She oversees course logistics, student and host support, and customer experience, all while helping to keep the team aligned and moving forward. If it involves registrations, billing, certificates, or making the process easier, Anne is the driving force behind it.
