Chief Kelley Warner

Chief Kelley Warner began her distinguished law enforcement career in 1989 with the Abington Township Police Department, located in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Over the course of her tenure in Abington, she served in the Patrol, Investigations, and Community Policing Divisions, steadily rising through the ranks to become Deputy Chief of Police. After retiring from Abington in 2021, she continued her service as Chief of Police for the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia.

In 2024, Chief Warner returned to her Pennsylvania roots, where she was honored to be selected as Chief of Police for Solebury Township. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to serving both the community and her fellow officers, shaping her leadership around integrity, collaboration, and public trust.

Chief Warner holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from West Chester University. She is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command (Class #313) and was selected to attend the prestigious FBI National Academy (Session 274). Her dedication to professional development extends to teaching, having served as an instructor for Pennsylvania State University and the New Jersey Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Training Program.

Chief Warner is married to Cindy and is the proud parent of three children, Jake, Nathan and Trissa.
