Paul Beasinger
Paul Beasinger serves as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing 25 years of distinguished law enforcement service and over three decades of professional training experience to his leadership role. A graduate of Michigan State University, Paul retired at the rank of Lieutenant from the Lansing (MI) Police Department, where he played a key role in developing and overseeing one of the state’s largest training divisions.
Throughout his career, Paul has held various and progressive leadership positions, including Subject Control/Defensive Tactics Team Leader, Special Tactics and Rescue Team Member, DEA Task Force Officer, Internal Affairs Supervisor, FTO Administrator, and Police Academy Instructor. His extensive experience reflects a career dedicated to operational excellence, organizational leadership, and professional development within high-pressure environments.
As a nationally recognized Subject Matter Expert in use-of-force, Paul holds the designation of Advanced Specialist from the Force Science™ Institute. He has personally investigated more than 1,200 use-of-force incidents. Paul has trained thousands of law enforcement professionals, recruits, and civilians across the country, developing expertise in leadership development, critical incident response, and officer wellness.
Paul actively participates in the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA), the Association of Force Investigators (AFI), and the Fraternal Order of Police (Great Lakes Lodge). His work demonstrates a lifelong dedication to improving training standards, accountability, and performance in public safety.
Residing in Mid-Michigan with his wife, Paul is the proud father of two adult children serving in the United States Navy. In addition to his leadership roles, he continues to share his passion for training by conducting critical incident response courses and assessments throughout the Midwest.
