We designed this specifically for Senior Leaders and Command Staff (sworn, professional staff and prosecutors) in Public Safety and Criminal Justice Organizations.

How many people can attend this event?

Because of the highly collaborative nature of this event, we limit attendance to only 60 participants.

How is the Event funded?

This event is partially funded through our Community Impact Partner, Flock Safety. Flock Safety has provided funds that help to drastically reduce the cost of attendance to only $200/person.

What should I bring to the event?

Bring an open (solution-oriented) mindset and be prepared to discuss the biggest leadership challenges facing the public safety profession. We will provide you with a custom pen and a note-taking guide.  If you prefer to take notes in an alternate format (i.e. laptop, iPad, etc.), please bring those resources with you to class.
