Jeffery Manzer, M.Ed., M.S., LPC-S, CSCS is a licensed professional counselor, law enforcement veteran, and strength and conditioning coach specializing in first responder health and human performance. He has served in both operational and clinical roles supporting law enforcement personnel and currently works for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, in Texas, providing stress management, resilience, and wellness services. His work focuses on helping first responders mitigate occupational stress, improve physical and mental readiness, and sustain healthy relationships outside of the job. Jeff holds a master’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree in counseling and frequently speaks on first responder wellness, human performance, and operational resilience.
In Jeff’s 20 years of law enforcement experience he has worked in the patrol division as an FTO, at the training academy teaching on topics such as mental health, physical health and wellness, communication, and firearms. Jeff is a certified instructor and firearms instructor with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
In his off time Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and traveling with his wife.
